Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• NCCPA certification or board certification by AANP or ANCC.
• Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in New Hampshire.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.

Aufgaben

• Serve on Inpatient Glucose Management Service (GMS) with a team of NPs to provide diabetes care for inpatients.
• Conduct outpatient clinics to support post-discharge patients and manage endocrine, thyroid, and diabetes care.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other health professionals to evaluate, treat, and teach patients; outpatient clinic occurs in the afternoon.
