Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Endocrinology practice in Champaign, Illinois. This outpatient role focuses on adult diabetes management with a mix of thyroid and osteoporosis cases, seeing roughly 14–18 patients per day.

Weekly regional travel is required. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant and current Illinois APN/PA licensure; APP experience is preferred, though new grads with ICU/Endo background will be considered.

Overview

Opportunity Details

Practice Details Include:

Join a supportive, best practice driven team of 4 Physicians, 6 Advanced Practice Providers as well as RDs, and DNEs

Outpatient only/roughly 14-18 Adult patients per day

Regional travel once per week

See a majority of adult diabetes patients, with a mix of stable thyroid and osteoporosis cases

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

APP experience preferred; will consider new grads with extensive ICU/Endo background

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $60.72-$78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
