Job summary

Corcept Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology, to ensure patient access to Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and Relacorilant across the U.S. You will troubleshoot payer policies, support HUB operations, and train healthcare providers on access pathways.

You will collaborate with sales, payers, SPs, and internal teams to resolve barriers, manage territory-level access, and drive timely therapy initiation and continuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech reimbursement or market access experience.
• Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and healthcare providers in field-based roles.
• Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist HCP offices with navigating reimbursement processes and benefits investigations.
• Coordinate with SPs and HUB case managers to resolve enrollment issues.
• Educate HCP staff on Corcept access pathways and patient support services.
• Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists to align on account strategy and access challenges.
• Balance in-field visits with virtual engagement and analyze territory data to address access barriers.
