Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Endocrinology or eligible
• Active medical license in state of practice
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Passion for serving high-risk, underserved, or chronically ill populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with or openness to value-based care models and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience with CGMs, insulin pumps, and diabetes technologies is preferred

Aufgaben

• Deliver patient-centered endocrine care for diabetes, thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders.
• Lead development of individualized care plans with other specialists to prevent complications.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on disease progression and technology use.
• Document visits and plans in the EMR.
• Lead interdisciplinary case reviews and care planning.
• Support quality improvement and protocol development.
• Maintain licensure and CME requirements
