UPMC Central Pa is seeking an Adult Endocrinologist to join a comprehensive outpatient practice serving South Central Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, osteoporosis, and menopause management with access to ultrasound and biopsy services.

You will collaborate with an infusion center, support inpatient teams, and contribute to program development and future clinical research opportunities in a values-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Completion of an Endocrinology Fellowship.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of outpatient endocrine disorders.
• Provide consultative support to inpatient endocrinology nurse practitioner team.
• Care for diabetes using insulin pumps and CGM devices.
• Develop and expand office-based thyroid ultrasound and biopsy services.
• Collaborate with infusion center for endocrine testing and treatment.
• Support osteoporosis management and fracture prevention initiatives.
