Ascension Health in Menasha, WI is seeking an Endocrinologist to join a collaborative team within a nonprofit health system. The role focuses on outpatient care with a balanced Mon-Fri schedule and no call, serving a community of about 230,000.

You’ll provide inpatient and outpatient endocrinology consultations, coordinate with case management, and participate in education and research initiatives as requested. Board certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration.
• MD/DO required.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team supported by APP's, RN's and MA's)
• Enjoy a balanced outpatient schedule Monday through Friday with no call
• Provide care to an average daily census of 9-12 patients per day with potential for outreach once a month
• Serving a surrounding population of 230,000
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical skills; provide inpatient and outpatient endocrinology consultations, accept physician referrals, and participate in hospital admissions and on‑call coverage as needed.
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning with case management while promoting quality improvement, cost‑effective care, and positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation to meet insurance requirements and appeal denials as needed; participate in medical education, research, and other academic initiatives as requested.
