Omega Recruiting is assisting an Endocrinology group in Oakland, CA with an immediate BE/BC Endocrinologist hire for outpatient duties across two clinics. The schedule is 8 am–5 pm, with 20–25 patients daily and RVU-based bonus structure.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $275,000 to $300,000 annually, with medical/dental insurance and a 401(k) after the first year; PTO, CME time, and potential partnership after three years.
