Saint Alphonsus Health System & Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seeks a full-time Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to join a team of advanced practice providers and diabetes care specialists to grow a dedicated diabetes and endocrine clinic in Caldwell, Idaho.

The ideal physician will focus on outpatient care, work with a multi-disciplinary diabetes team, and help expand service lines across Nampa/Meridian locations.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree required with Idaho license and DEA.
• ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency completed.
• Endocrinology fellowship completed or in progress.
• Board certification or plan to obtain within 3 years.

Mansioni

• Provide outpatient endocrinology care within a diabetes-focused clinic.
• Collaborate with diabetes care educators and PCPs.
• Support referrals within a multi-specialty system and telemedicine.
• Develop and expand outpatient endocrine services.
