Top Echelon Software LLC in the Los Angeles area seeks a full-time Endocrinologist (MD/DO) for in-person outpatient care. You will join a multidisciplinary team serving diverse communities with a focus on metabolic, thyroid, and endocrine disorders.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no hospital call burdens, allowing focus on outpatient clinics, patient education, and community health impact.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Endocrinology.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility).
• DEA registration in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services to adults with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Design and monitor complex diabetes care plans using CGMs and insulin pump therapy where appropriate.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the primary care team to ensure seamless care across disciplines.
• Maintain detailed, accurate EHR documentation for all patient encounters.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, diabetes education programs, and population health projects.
• Educate patients and families on long-term treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and self-management.
