Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist to join a two-physician team with supportive staff. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no on-call requirement and hospital consults managed by a strong hospitalist program.

The position offers a first-year salary guarantee with RVU-based growth in year two, relocation assistance, education stipends, comprehensive benefits, and up to 11 weeks off. Washington licensure is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible endocrinologist.
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.
• Concise and compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Strong documentation of comprehensive patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide endocrine care within a multi-specialty clinic.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records per standards.
• Coordinate with hospitalists and specialists for integrated care.
