Job summary

Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, NY, seeks a full-time Endocrinologist to join our hospital-based practice across multiple Westchester locations. The physician will evaluate patients in office and clinical settings, and consult within the hospital.

The ideal candidate is NYS licensed, board-certified in Endocrinology, experienced with diabetes care, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances, and able to collaborate closely with the medical team. DEA registration is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Endocrinology fellowship training.
• Board Certified in Endocrinology and NY license.
• Active DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, examining, and investigating patients for signs of hormonal imbalances.
• Advising, ordering, performing tests, and interpreting results.
• Discussing diagnosis with patients, explaining treatment options and providing lifestyle and dietary guidance.
• Supporting patients with complex endocrine conditions and comorbidities.
• Participate in education of medical students and residents.
