Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking an Endocrinologist for a permanent position in Hobart, IN. The role covers inpatient and outpatient endocrinology in a group/FQHC-like setting with a 1:4 call rotation and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Board certification or eligibility is required; subspecialty interests are encouraged to tailor the practice. Salary is highly competitive with bonuses based on visit productivity and a negotiable sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Endocrinology services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine disorders.
• Maintain an outpatient clinic volume of approximately 15+ patients per day.
• Participate in the 1:4 call rotation.
• Document patient care using Epic.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the integrated healthcare team.
• Participate in development of the Endocrinology practice based on clinical interests and organizational needs.
• Deliver high-quality, respectful care consistent with the organization's community-focused mission.
