Qualifications

• DEA registration or eligibility required.
• Passion for serving high-risk, underserved, or chronically ill populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for individuals with diabetes and endocrine disorders.
• Lead development of individualized care plans with specialists.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on disease progression and medication adherence.
