Signature Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist for outpatient care in a patient-focused environment just minutes from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will join a Center for Medical Weight Management and work with endocrinology colleagues, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a Registered Dietitian across two nearby practices. A hybrid schedule with telehealth is available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Endocrinology care for a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with Endocrinologists, Nurse Practitioners, and other team members.
• Support the Center for Medical Weight Management as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in a schedule of 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day; option for hybrid/telehealth care.

About the Role

• Outpatient Endocrinology practice with a diverse patient population

• Work alongside a collaborative team including Endocrinologists and Nurse Practitioners across two practices located just 5 miles apart

• Part of our Center for Medical Weight Management, a fully accredited comprehensive center.

• Supported by a multidisciplinary team including a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian

Practice Highlights

• Established referral base with 60+ primary care physicians

• On-site laboratory and radiology services

• Strong administrative and management support so you can focus on patient care

• Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day - Option for hybrid clinic schedule with opportunity to provide remote telehealth care.
