Position: Endocrinologist

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnose endocrine disorders.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medications, hormone therapy, and lifestyle interventions.
- Monitor patients and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Educate patients and families regarding chronic endocrine conditions and disease management.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, surgeons, dietitians, nurses, and other specialists.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and clinical documentation.
- Stay current with advances in endocrinology and emerging treatment options.
- Participate in clinical research and quality-improvement initiatives when available.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
- Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Clinical experience in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Active Arizona Medical License or IMLC
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- If Board Eligible, certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency.
- No minimum years of experience required
- Flu vaccination required, or medical/religious exemption accepted.
