Job summary

Palm Health in the Hudson Valley is seeking a seasoned Endocrinologist for a 100% outpatient practice in Upstate New York. You will provide comprehensive endocrine care in a hospital-employed setting with strong community ties and a focus on underserved populations.

The role offers a competitive base salary with production incentives, full benefits, and relocation support. Minimal on-call and ample opportunity for telehealth collaboration with primary care and specialty colleagues.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
• Eligible for NY medical license and hospital credentialing.
• Interest in telehealth a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders in outpatient setting.
• Perform comprehensive consultations and follow-ups in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Manage insulin pumps, CGMs, and other endocrine-related technologies.
• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to coordinate care.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in quality initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Minimal (if any) call — primarily outpatient-focused.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and care coordination.
