BC/BE Endocrinologist with Vancouver Clinic, a physician‑owned multispecialty practice in Southwest Washington. The role focuses on general outpatient medicine, with minimal inpatient consults.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care with a primary focus on general medicine.
• Participate in shared call rotations (typically one month at a time).
• Maintain flexible travel to other clinic locations as required.
• Actively contribute to medical student and resident education, with opportunities for clinical research.
• Work with a dedicated support team of medical assistants, registered nurses, and certified diabetes educators.

Compensation

Production‑based model. 1‑year guarantee ranges from $285,000 to $317,000 (full‑time). Up to $35,000 starting bonus. Two‑year partnership track with reasonable buy‑in.
