You will be part of a robust endocrine surgery program across multiple facilities, performing thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal procedures and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to advance patient care.

Highlights

• Robust, full time endocrine surgery practice will enable you to assist in the growth and continued success of our endocrine surgery program
• You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participate in innovative clinical initiatives, and contribute to advancing patient care
• Hospital locations include the Aurora West Allis Medical Center, a 350-bed community hospital, and the Aurora Medical Center - Summit, a beautiful 117-bed facility located in Lake Country
• Clinic locations will include Waukesha and Brookfield
• With 7 new endocrine clinicians added to our teams in greater Milwaukee last year, you will enjoy excellent variety of surgical cases including thyroids, parathyroids, dissections and adrenal surgeries
• Collaborative collegial teams at all locations, with good support from RNs, MAs and APPs
• You will serve a large geographic area, with a strong referral base coming from within our clinics and the communities
• Excellent facilities, featuring exam rooms, shared office space at each location and access to a procedure room
• All equipment is available on-site as well as robotic surgical capability
• Excellent place to raise a family and enjoy fantastic year-round outdoor recreation
• EPIC EMR
• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Training and/or Experience Required

• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program
