Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license in Florida or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS or STROKE certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patients' health status on assigned unit.
• Plan and implement individualized patient care and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and communicate plans clearly.
• Provide patient education and involve family in the care process.
