Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in New York. You will provide advanced technical support for end-user hardware, software, and cloud services, serving as a Level 2 escalation point and driving issues to resolution while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in progressive help desk or desktop support.
  • Experience with Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, and identity/AD.
  • Strong documentation and communication with users and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 escalation for complex incidents and requests.
  • Troubleshoot Windows/mobile endpoints, M365, and identity issues.
  • Manage AD/identity administration and endpoint management tools.
  • Plan deployments, relocations, and hardware refreshes with minimal disruption.
  • Create knowledge base articles and SOPs to improve resolution.
  • Mentor Level 1 technicians and support escalation readiness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Communicate timely status updates to users and stakeholders.
