A health services provider in Los Angeles is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to own the end-to-end medical billing lifecycle in a multi-specialty clinic. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle billing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing performance reports. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of multi-specialty billing experience, strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, and a detail-oriented mindset. This execution-heavy role requires excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of medical billing experience, multi-specialty preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, PI, and Workers’ Comp billing.
• Strong knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing including charge entry and claim submissions.
• Identify denials, underpayments, and execute timely appeals.
• Produce billing and A/R performance reports.
