Job summary

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Full Stack Product Engineer to own features from initial user conversations to production metrics. You will navigate frontend, backend, and data concerns in a small cross functional team, prioritising maintainability and reliability.

You will work in short delivery cycles with product and operations colleagues, reviewing designs, testing assumptions early and documenting tradeoffs for future engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full stack product development.
• Solid TypeScript experience and React or similar framework.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java or .NET.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and cloud deployment.
• Practical testing habits and ownership of production outcomes.
• Clear English and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Build customer facing features across TypeScript frontend and backend services.
• Work with product and design to clarify user problems before coding.
• Create APIs, data models and integrations that support rapid iteration.
• Instrument features and use real behaviour to guide improvement.
• Strengthen tests, deployment automation and production diagnostics.
• Take part in discovery, planning, delivery and support.
