You will own the feature development process end-to-end, working with design and research to create scalable solutions. Qualifications

• Experience shipping full-stack web applications at scale using Next.js/React and Python.
• Strong Python skills with familiarity in REST/GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, and Celery.
• Solid front-end development skills in component architecture, state management, and accessibility.
• Track record of owning features end-to-end from design to post-launch iteration.
• Code quality mindset: unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and thoughtful review culture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Comfortable operating production systems with low-latency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design APIs, build UIs, write backend logic, and deploy to production.
• Optimize performance and scale for speed.
