Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing commercial or federal projects.
• Proven ability to handle projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Experience in writing RFIs and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage project closeout documentation.

Skills

OSHA 30 certification

Proficiency in Procore

Microsoft Project proficiency
