Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in a production or manufacturing quality assurance environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Python and database analytics is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and log concerns.

Responsibilities

• Interpret database results and sort based on pass/fail status.
• Perform analysis of product results with basic Excel functions.
• Perform physical defect inspection of all units.
• Review customer-facing datasheets for unit performance standards.
• Move product to correct location and track serial numbers for data analysis.
• Contribute to test capacity projections and future production planning.
• Support engineering tasks in the FQA area and guide production teams.
• Document and communicate identified defects; escalate unresolved issues.
• Ensure production meets current quality standards and communicate trends.
