Job summary

ReadyOne Industries is seeking a Quality Auditor to perform End Item Inspections on lots after closure, using AQLs to determine pass/fail. You will measure garments, document defects, and audit packing and shipping steps to ensure customer readiness.

The role emphasizes adherence to work instructions, high accuracy, and maintaining a low defect rate while supporting continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications and PDs.
• Must accurately document defects and measurements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform End Item Inspections by random sampling following AQLs.
• Measure garments with appropriate devices.
• Document defects and measurements clearly and accurately.
• Audit packing and shipping processes before submission to customer.
• Follow ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 guidelines for inspections.
• Maintain low defect rate and high inspection speed.
