SRM Concrete is seeking a reliable End Dump Truck Driver (Class A CDL) to transport aggregates and other materials to job sites and plants. You will perform safety checks, comply with DOT regulations, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Follow DOT regulations and SRM safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery and communicate with dispatch and customers.

As an End Dump Truck Driver, you’ll play a key role in transporting materials safely and efficiently to keep our operations running smoothly.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your truck is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures to prevent spills and damage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, plant staff, and customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and other required documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of your truck to keep it in top shape.
• Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to meet customer and company needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery—your professionalism sets us apart.

What Sets You Apart

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Previous experience operating end dump trucks or similar equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing work demands.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
