Job summary

Barlean’s Organic Oils, LLC is seeking an Encapsulation Operator to operate and maintain encapsulation equipment for soft gel capsules, including setup, cleaning, troubleshooting and material changeovers. You will monitor drying equipment, sort capsules for quality, and prepare finished products for storage or transfer, while ensuring GMP, GDP, and SQF compliance and keeping a clean, organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain encapsulation equipment for production of soft gel capsules.
• Set up, clean, troubleshoot, and perform material changeovers.
• Monitor drying equipment and sort capsules to ensure quality.
• Prepare finished capsules for storage or transfer in GMP compliant manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
