Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Encapsulation Machine Operator to join a growing nutraceutical manufacturing team in Torrance. This is a hands-on role working with production machinery—not packaging.

This position is ideal for someone with machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (tableting, encapsulation, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines to produce high-quality supplement capsules
2. Adjust settings according to batch records and production specifications
3. Perform in-process inspections to ensure capsules meet quality standards (size, weight, appearance)
4. Clean and sanitize equipment following GMP and safety protocols
5. Complete batch documentation accurately and report any machine issues or variances
6. Support the production team as needed

Qualifications:

• Machine operation experience in manufacturing, nutraceutical, or food production
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented and able to follow written procedures
• Familiarity with GMPs is a plus
• Reliable and punctual

This is not a packaging role. We are looking for individuals experienced in operating or setting up machinery in a production environment.
