Job summary

FirstCash, operating American First Finance, seeks an Enablement Specialist to efficiently onboard new merchants to the AFF program. You will work directly with merchants, sales, and tech partners to ensure accurate onboarding and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required or plus qualifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to secure documentation for onboarding.
• Process applications promptly and submit for leadership decisions.
• Document all work in merchant files with notes and emphasis points.
• Prioritize workload to provide efficient experience for merchant partners.
• Update merchant files daily to reflect activity accurately.
• Accurately perform merchant setup to ensure proper configurations.
• Execute and manage merchant agreements per terms offered by Sales.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of product/program terms for effective communication.
• Ensure merchants are launched in an optimized manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales team to secure proper documentation needed for merchant onboarding.
• Process applications in a timely manner and submit to leadership for approval decisions.
• Document all work in the merchant file, noting any concerns or points of emphasis.
• Prioritize workload in order to provide an efficient experience to our merchant partners.
• Update the appropriate merchant files, daily, to ensure proper documentation of activity.
• Accurately perform the merchant setup process to ensure proper settings for each merchant.
• Execute and manage agreements for merchants according to the terms offered by the Sales Team.
• Expert knowledge of product/program terms in order to properly communicate when necessary.
• Expert knowledge of merchant settings so all merchants are launched in an “optimized” manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School diploma: additional qualifications will be a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong process and detail orientation
