Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Lead II - Software Testing to oversee EMV certification activities for mobile checkout and retail POS environments. You will lead testing efforts, validate payment workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful certification of payment solutions.

The role requires strong EMV expertise, experience with payment devices and POS systems, and the ability to manage documentation and test artifacts throughout the certification lifecycle.

Qualifications

• EMV certification testing experience in retail or payment environments.
• Experience testing payment devices and transaction workflows.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and payment authorizers.
• Experience with Collis certification tools.
• Experience validating credit card transactions and authorization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMV certification activities for payment devices and authorizers.
• Execute, validate, and re-test certification test cases until successful.
• Support certification involving payment devices, POS systems, and transaction environments.
• Utilize Collis tools to execute and validate tests.
• Collaborate with development/engineering/test teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Configure payment device setups required for certification.
• Test and validate payment transactions in POS environments.
• Maintain certification records and logs.
• Investigate defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Support authorization and workflow validation.
• Ensure compliance with certification standards and processes.
• Participate in planning, execution, reporting, and issue management.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to hit milestones.
