Qualifications

• Seven (7) years EMT experience in an EMT environment.
• Current State of Ohio EMS Instructor certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS Instructor certifications within six months of hire.
• Demonstrated decision-making affecting a work unit.
• Proven problem-solving in adaptive situations.
• Current Ohio Paramedic Certification.
• Background check and immunization proof required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical content and activities of the EMT Program.
• Schedule EMT student clinical rotations.
• Advise students on documentation techniques and provide feedback.
• Develop clinical sites and policies for the EMT program.
• Maintain accreditation-related records and reports.
• Administer EMT competency testing.
• Support instructors and labs with demonstrations and scenarios.
• Respond to student needs professionally and accurately.
