Overview

Hamilton Health Box (HHB) is a rapidly growing healthcare startup operating hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics for businesses and rural communities across the country. Our goal is to deliver a high‑touch, low‑cost healthcare experience for all patients and clients.

Position Summary

Accountable to the Pod Manager, the On‑Site Clinician (OSC) manages daily clinical and administrative operations at a Hamilton Health Box location. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, delivering protocol‑driven care, coordinating preventative screening, health education, and pharmacy services, as well as communicating care barriers and pursuing continuous training and skill development.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure employees receive appropriate care and programs.
  • Formulate individualized programs based on health risk assessment results, targeting high‑need departments with interventions and adjusting programs as needed.
  • Assist with annual physicals and placement examinations, complete screenings, testing, and result reporting.
  • Help schedule and complete follow‑up exams, return‑to‑work exams, and consultations.
  • Coordinate client referrals to other providers; arrange or perform follow‑up evaluations, documenting progress in each employee’s medical record.
  • Lead formal group sessions, health fairs, and training sessions for regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and interpret data on one‑on‑ones and program offerings; ensure timely and thorough documentation of utilization and evaluations.
  • Provide one‑on‑one counseling or coaching with clients; interpret screening results and advise on actions.
  • Consult with employees on health awareness, education, and care navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate care navigation and build teams through partnerships.
  • Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to regulatory agency and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform other responsibilities within the job class as requested by the PA/Nurse/Medical Assistant.
  • Utilize electronic medical records and other software solutions to register patients, document visits, and deliver health education.
  • Complete tasks specified in the HHB OSC Training Manual.
  • Travel between clinics as necessary.
Requirements
Education / Experience
  • Licensed Emergency Medical Technician or Licensed Paramedic.
  • At least two years of experience (preferred).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) – required prior to onboarding (American Heart Association or Red Cross only).

Base Pay

$20–25 per hour – based on experience.

Schedule
  • Weekdays only – no weekends.
  • 7 am to 4 pm – full time.
