Job summary

Life Ambulance Network is seeking EMT-Basic/Paramedic staff for in-person roles in Lincoln Park, MI. The position involves providing urgent and scheduled medical transport with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate patient care.

Clinicians must hold NREMT/state licensure (or pending) and a valid driver’s license. Training and driving courses are provided; a pre-employment screening is required. Flexible full/part-time shifts and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• NREMT and/or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT-Basic or EMT-P level while transporting.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical, lifting exam and drug screening.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as an EMT-Basic.
• Safely transport patients as driver; read maps and identify addresses.
• Assess a patient and convey condition to medical professionals.
• Write an accurate report of patient condition, history and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels/gauges.
