Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic to work as an Onsite Health Technician at our clinic in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The role requires multiple shift options and operates on a PRN basis, focusing on patient care and collaboration with medical teams.
You will provide medical assessments, treat workplace injuries, and contribute to employee health and wellness initiatives. Candidates should possess valid licensure and current CPR/BLS certification, and be comfortable in a construction environment.
Medcor is looking to hire an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis to be an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The shifts available for coverage at this clinic are Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑3:00 pm, 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm, or 11:00 pm‑7:00 am, along with Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 am‑7:00 pm and 7:00 pm‑7:00 am. Hours and days are subject to change at the need of the client.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a construction environment, be able to climb stairs, and work at heights as needed.
Since this role is on an as‑needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up occasional shifts, we invite you to apply.
The position’s responsibilities include collaborative work with the medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. The day‑to‑day role of the Worksite Health Technician includes patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. This position will work closely with outside medical providers.
