Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT course required.
• NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care.
• Provide comfort during times of crisis.
• Work on the EMS team and respond to medical calls.
