Job summary

American Medical Response in Manchester, NH is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and provide high-quality care and customer service to patients. This full-time EMT position requires a State EMT license, a valid driver's license, BLS and NREMT certifications, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Compensation ranges from $19.90 to $23.30 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
State EMT License required.
State Driver’s License required.
BLS and NREMT certifications required.
Driving record compliant with company policy.
Pass Physical Agility Test.
Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide assessment and care to patients; deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
Operate EMT skills including communications, equipment, and procedures as required.
Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
