Job summary

Lynx EMS seeks an EMT for a Day Shift role to provide emergency and non-emergency medical transport across the region, including discharges and interfacility transfers. You will participate in high-quality patient care, emergency response, and reliable scheduling with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include rapid response, patient assessment, documentation, and coordination with hospitals and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities.

Lynx EMS provides private ambulance services for smooth, dependable patient transport to local area hospitals from various locations, including homes, emergency rooms, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and hospice care. We’re here to ensure safe, timely transport, including discharge services from any medical facility.

Position Overview – Day Shift

As an EMT, you will play a vital role in providing both emergency and non-emergency medical transport services throughout the region. Day shift team members are essential in supporting hospital discharges, scheduled transports, interfacility transfers, and emergency responses during peak daytime operational hours.
