Job summary

LifeLine in Skokie, IL is seeking EMTs to respond to emergency calls and deliver basic emergency medical care. You will transport patients to hospitals while maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Qualified candidates have an EMT-Basic license in Illinois, current CPR, and are able to pass a background check. Responsibilities include responding to calls, assessing patients, and coordinating with EMS teams.

Qualifications

• Illinois Licensure as EMT-Basic required for interview.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Current CPR card.
• Consent to a criminal background check.
• Must be available for up to 3-day orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide basic emergency care.
• Transport patients to medical facilities and monitor during transport.
