EMT Full-Time Opportunity

We’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) that will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance, delivering high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients. Located in Athens, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients, determines required care, and delivers emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Documents patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and well‑stocked environment for patients.
• Utilizes EMT skills for communication, medical equipment operation, cleaning procedures, office equipment, and tools.
• Operates an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws related to emergency medical response vehicles.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
• Participates in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State EMT License
• State Driver’s License
• BLS, NREMT certification
• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Passes Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience in healthcare
