About the Job

Morrow County Health District has a full-time opening for an EMT-Basic in Heppner, OR.
This Position provides emergency response and transport as well as participation in community health-related activities. Additional duties in the hospital setting include functioning as an Emergency Room Technician. Must work well with the public and possess good communication skills for the complete care of patients seeking emergency medical services. Morrow County Health District is a hospital-based EMS system, which services a large geographical area. An ideal candidate should have a passion for rural medicine.

  • 12-hour work schedule working alongside nursing staff and other medical professionals. Day and night shifts available.
  • Wages: $24.13-$31.80, DOQ.
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently licensed in Oregon.
