BioLife Plasma Services is seeking an Medical Support Specialist with EMT credentials to support plasma donation operations. You will determine donor eligibility, perform medical history reviews, and assist with donor safety and equipment readiness.
The role involves clinical assessments, coordination with Center Physician, and involvement in vaccination programs and occupational health. A strong clinical background and state licensure are required.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations.
BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: Emergency Medical Technician -Basic (EMT-B), Advanced (EMT-A), Intermediate (EMT-I), and Paramedic (EMT-P), Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), and Registered Nurse (RN)
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy
Satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
