MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of an EMT program and acceptance for licensure in the state of employ
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• State of Ohio EMT Certification
• CPR (Health Care Provider minimum) certification.
