Job summary

AMR is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance, delivering high-quality care and customer service to patients. Immediate full-time opportunities, with hourly rates starting at $16.00+ DOE.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, safe environment maintenance, and collaboration with public safety personnel. Strong eligibility requirements apply, including EMT certification and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Driver’s License required.
• National or State EMT certification required.
• CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Driving record must comply with policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test required.
• Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine needed care, and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked patient environment.
• Use EMT skills—communication, equipment, and procedures—to provide care.
• Operate an ambulance in line with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to promote AMR image.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs tomaintainAMR image and establishstrong community relations.
