Job summary

EMS Direct By DocGo is seeking an EMT-B to join our team in Texas. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible schedules and company-provided uniforms, plus new equipment and eco-friendly ambulances. FT employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

You will perform high-quality emergency medical transport and documentation. Requirements include Texas EMT-B license, BLS, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Texas EMT-B license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• FEMA ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800 certifications are expected.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift 125 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMTs and management to assure top-tier patient care.
• Be flexible as emergency services operate 24/7; shifts may vary.
• Remain up to date with current standards of care, equipment functions and state/provincial protocols.
• Provide courteous, professional patient transport and follow established policies.
• Maintain rig cleanliness and organize space; stock supplies.
• Prepare and submit pre-hospital patient care reports and collect billing information.
