Join Parachute's Center Medical team in Maryville, TN, seeking an EMT (Physician Substitute) to join a lean, high-growth site focused on donor health, safety and experience. The role offers competitive pay with monthly bonus potential and benefits as part of a fast-scaling operation.

You'll monitor donor eligibility, perform health screenings, respond to reactions, and work with center staff to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed EMT in the state of employment; EMT-B with 1+ year of work experience.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor health and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
