Job summary

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a qualified EMS/Flight clinical role focused on maintaining ePCR integrity and compliance. You will audit trends and collaborate with nursing and EMS teams to improve care delivery.

The position emphasizes ongoing training for staff, adherence to regulatory standards, and a commitment to safety and quality. Education: RN preferred; Paramedic certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical or didactic experience required.
• 5+ years preferred.
• Licensure: RN preferred; PARA, EVOC, CEVO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of ePCR and identify trends during audits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement within EMS & Flight.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
• Monitor patient care record compliance and clinical KPIs.
• Provide ongoing education and training to clinical staff.

Job Description:

Ensure integrity of ePCR , identifies error trends or compliance concerns during audit process in order to create specialized audit plans. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Facilitates ongoing education and training for clinical staff to maintain clinical competencies. Promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the EMS & Flight team. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Other duties as assigned. Monitors patient care record compliance of policies and procedures to maintain standard of care. Monitors and evaluates clinical performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
