Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Emergency Medical Services Outreach Coordinator to bridge EMS providers with our hospital system, enhancing prehospital and emergency care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and four years of related work experience in an acute care hospital (Emergency, Trauma or Critical Care).
• Registered Nurse: WA (RN:WA).

• Cultivate relationships with community EMS agencies, emergency departments and medical directors to improve communication and care.
• Lead educational initiatives to advance prehospital and hospital collaboration.
• Analyze patient care data to drive performance improvement and quality assurance.
