Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a helicopter pilot to ensure safe, efficient flight operations and to perform SPIFR captain duties in challenging conditions. The role requires extensive rotorcraft experience and a valid helicopter instrument rating.

Eligibility includes FAA pilot licenses, Class I medical, and a clean compliance record; a relocation or on-site assignment at a North Memorial Health facility is expected, with competitive pay and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1500 hours helicopter or 2000 total flight hours with at least 1200 helicopter hours.
• 1000 hours PIC in rotorcraft.
• 500 hours cross country.
• 75 hours actual or simulated instruments (50 hours actual).
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 50 hours unaided night if 100 hours aided.
• FAA airline transport or commercial helicopter rating required; instrument rating needed.
• FAA Class I medical exam required; drug/alcohol testing required.
• Valid Class D driver’s license.

$15,000 Sign-on Bonus & $30,000 Retention Bonus after 3 years:

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus. Current team members or former team members employed by North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Health or Blaze Health in the last six (6) months are not eligible to receive a sign on bonus. Sign-on bonuses have a repayment commitment, and a prorated repayment is required if the commitment is not fulfilled

• Valid Class D Driver's license in the state of residency with an acceptable driving record

Salary Range:N26 ($46.76 - $70.14), based on experience

Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
