Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking experienced helicopter pilots for multiple VFR positions. The role emphasizes safe operations, adherence to FARs and EMS procedures, and preflight discipline. 55% geographic modifier may apply, with a 15k sign-on and 40k retention bonus after 3 years.

Required are 2000 hours total flight time, 1500 helicopter time, 1000 hours PIC, 500 turbine hours, and night-hours experience. High school diploma and rotorcraft licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours PIC with helicopter in command.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 100 hours night unaided (50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aircraft operations comply with FARs and EMS manuals.
• Safely operate aircraft with adherence to Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Monitor weather forecasts and current conditions.
• Conduct preflight inspection and coordinate with maintenance for discrepancies.
• Remain rested and prepared for duty, stay updated on weather.
